Take a Break with SaneBox: The Pause Feature
Need a temporary break from SaneBox’s email organization magic? No problem! Our Pause feature lets you easily take control of your inbox.
How to Pause SaneBox:
- Head to Your Dashboard: Visit your SaneBox Dashboard’s overview section.
- Click Pause: Locate the Pause button and give your inbox a break.
When to Consider Pausing:
Here are some situations where pausing might be helpful:
- Unexpected Email Behavior: Are emails suddenly appearing unread, or are important messages getting moved to Archive or Trash? Pausing helps isolate SaneBox as the potential cause.
- Email App Issues: Is your email software acting strangely? Pausing SaneBox lets you troubleshoot the issue without its influence.
Common Reasons to Pause:
- Mass deletions of emails
- Email app malfunctions
- Unexpected archiving
- Missing emails
- High email data usage
- Odd email behavior after an OS upgrade
Pause vs. Subscription:
Pausing your account does not affect your subscription. To stop automatic renewal, you’ll need to disable Auto Renew in your subscription settings.
