Take Control of Your Inbox with SaneBox Email Organize
SaneBox Email Organize puts you in the driver’s seat of your email management. It provides a central hub to review all your emails, both in your Inbox and Sane folders, and take bulk actions on them.
Master Your Workflow:

Train to:
- Assign specific senders to designated Sane folders (e.g., “@SaneLater”) for automatic filtering.
- Quickly adjust existing training for contacts whose emails you want to receive differently.
Two Selection Methods:
- Train-to Dropdown Menu: Select a folder from the dropdown and apply it to chosen emails.
- Action Menu: Choose a group of emails and select an action from the action menu.
Action Options:
- Move to Inbox Once: Move selected emails to your Inbox just for this instance, without affecting existing training.
- Train to Inbox: Reclassify emails from a specific sender to your Inbox for future messages.
- Create rule for domain/subject: Set up a filter based on the email domain or subject line and direct those emails to a desired folder.
Keeping Track:
- Mark As Read: Remove the unread indicator (bold subject line) from emails, either individually or for all emails in a Sane folder.
Cleaning Up:
- Trash: Delete unwanted emails permanently. Be mindful that this action may have a limited timeframe for retrieval depending on your email provider.
- Archive: Move emails to your email provider’s archive folder for reference (e.g., Gmail’s “All Mail”).
Understanding Indicators:
- Green Dot: New senders, sorted at the top of each Sane folder for easy identification.
- Orange Dot: Senders frequently filtered to the SaneBlackHole folder. Click the “SaneBlackHole this sender” link for quick unsubscribing.
Note:
- The Email Organize tool displays only tracked emails, with a limit of approximately 5,001.
- Older emails in your Inbox or Sane folders, if the legacy SaneArchive feature is disabled, won’t be shown in Email Organize. These emails are typically less relevant and no longer tracked by SaneBox.
