📥 What Is the SaneScreener Folder?
The SaneScreener folder is your inbox’s bouncer—it screens messages from first-time senders.
🛡️ How It Works
When a new sender emails you for the first time, their message will be placed in your SaneScreener folder instead of your main inbox.
This gives you the chance to:
- Review unfamiliar senders before they land in your primary inbox.
- Train SaneBox with a simple drag-and-drop if you want to allow (or filter out) future messages from them.
đź’ˇ Why This Matters
It helps:
- Protect your focus by reducing noise in your inbox.
- Prevent potential spam or irrelevant contacts from slipping into your main flow.
- Give you full control over who makes it into your inbox—and who doesn’t.
âś… What You Should Do
Periodically check your SaneScreener folder to:
- Train senders you recognize by moving their emails to the Inbox (or another SaneBox folder).
- Ignore or delete anything that doesn’t look relevant.
- Once trained, SaneBox will remember your preference for future messages from that sender.
