Legacy Plans: Do I get to keep my plan?

No Worries! Your Current SaneBox Plan Stays the Same

Thinking about the recent pricing changes? Here’s what you need to know.


Legacy Plans Remain Safe:

If you’re already subscribed to a SaneBox plan, relax! The pricing changes won’t affect you. You’ll keep your current plan and pricing as long as your subscription remains active.


Ensuring Smooth Renewal:

To avoid any interruptions, we recommend keeping your billing information up-to-date. Here’s what you can do:


  • Maintain Auto-Renew: Make sure “Auto-Renew” is enabled in your billing settings. (See image: Auto-Renew Option)
  • Review Billing Information: Verify that your billing details are current. This allows us to contact you in case of any renewal issues.
  • Update Payment Methods: Ensure your payment details (card or account) are valid to avoid renewal failures.
