Tame Your Digest with Keyboard Shortcuts!

Tired of clicking buttons while processing your SaneBox digest or organize tool? We’ve got you covered with these handy keyboard shortcuts:

Navigation:

• Move Back: Press k to go to the previous email, message group, or contact.
• Move Forward: Press j for the next email, message group, or contact.
• Switch Folders:
  • gn: Move to the next Sane folder.
  • gp: Move back to the previous Sane folder.
• Expand/Collapse:
  • ;: Expand a message.
  • : Group messages together.
• Filters/Inbox:
  • ,: Go to the Bulk Bar for filtering by folder, searching subjects, or filtering by email age.
  • gi (Email Cleanup Tool only): Go to your Inbox.

Selection:

• Select/Deselect Current Message:
  • X or Spacebar
• Select/Deselect All:
  • *a: Select all messages in the digest.
  • *n: Deselect all messages in the digest.
  • *r or Spacebar: Select all messages in the current folder.
  • *u or Spacebar: Deselect all messages in the current folder.

Actions:

• Delete: #
• Archive: e
• Mark as Read: Shift + I
• Move & Train to Inbox (once): + or =
• Train Contact: t
• Snooze Email: m
• Undo Action: z
