Emails Disappearing from SaneLater: Problems with macOS Catalina

Having Trouble Finding Moved Emails?

We’ve identified an issue where moving messages between mailboxes might result in a blank message appearing in its place. This blank message can even disappear entirely on other devices that access the same mailbox.


Here’s How to Fix It:
  • Remove and Re-add Your Email Account: This is the quickest solution for most users. Simply remove your email account from your email application and then add it back again.
  • Rebuild Spotlight Index (Mac Users Only): If removing and re-adding the account doesn’t work (and you’re using a Mac), you can try rebuilding your Spotlight Index. Click here for instructions: Learn More.
