Having Trouble Finding Moved Emails?
We’ve identified an issue where moving messages between mailboxes might result in a blank message appearing in its place. This blank message can even disappear entirely on other devices that access the same mailbox.

- Remove and Re-add Your Email Account: This is the quickest solution for most users. Simply remove your email account from your email application and then add it back again.
