SaneAttachments helps you manage email attachments effortlessly. Here’s how to configure your Box for Business account to work with SaneAttachments:
Admin Console Access:
Open the Box.com for Business Admin Console. 
User Activation:
Navigate to the Users and Groups tab. 
Locate the desired user and ensure their status is set to “Active”.

Content & Sharing Permissions:
Click the gear icon and select Business Settings.

Under Content & Sharing, verify users have permission to “create first-level folders”.
