Update Your SaneBox Password with Ease
Changing Your Password:
Need to update your SaneBox password for security reasons? Here’s a quick guide:

Navigate to Settings: Head to your Settings page by clicking on your profile picture or name in the upper right corner (image not included).

Find Server Settings: Within Settings, locate the Server Settings section.

Update Your Password: Click on Change next to “Password”.

Enter your new password, ensuring it’s strong and unique, then click Save Password.
Forgot Your Password?
If you can’t remember your current password, don’t worry! You can request a password reset email from the login screen.
Troubleshooting Login Issues:
Having trouble logging in even with the correct password? Here are some tips:
- Double-Check: Use the “eye” icon next to the password field to ensure you’re entering it correctly. Typos are a common culprit!
- Disable Autocomplete: Turn off auto-complete in your web browser to avoid outdated passwords being entered.
- 2FA Enabled? If you have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) turned on, you may need to create an app-specific password for SaneBox. Refer to your 2FA provider’s documentation for instructions.
