How to create a smart folder that shows all your unread email at the same time

If you are a Gmail user, to view all emails within your email account, simply visit your All Mail section.

For others, you can create a Smart Mailbox. This is also a quick way to view all mail without having to individually check your sane folders.

1. In the Mail app on your Mac, choose Mailbox > New Smart Mailbox.
2. Name the Smart Mailbox, “All Mail”.
3. Set the criteria to “Message is in mailbox” and choose your Inbox and Sane folders.
4. Click OK.
5. When you click on the “All Mail” smart mailbox, it will list all emails in your email account.
