Hiri Email: Finding @SaneLater or any other new folders

All your emails stay on your server.

At no time do your emails leave your host’s email server. In other words, SaneBox never downloads your email nor does it upload your emails to your SaneBox Dashboard (account). All emails processed by SaneBox will always remain in your own personal (or work) email account.

Here we will take a look at where your new folders like @SaneLater show from in the Hiri email client.

First off remember that your SaneBox welcome email will arrive to you with “directions” once everything is ready.

Keep in mind that your emails never leave your own hosting account for the SaneBox analysis or sorting processes, for signup or ongoing service. Our email robots talk to your mail server. So the speed of your host’s email server and the amount of email in your account are both extra setup factors.

Now with the “Exchange” type of email hosting accounts that Hiri supports, your new Sane folders will automatically appear through Hiri’s sync processes with your host. No extra steps for you. Just wait for your SaneBox welcome directions email to arrive before getting started. If you see your @SaneLater folder before you get our welcome email, the processing is still a work in progress.

During SaneBox activation processes, your email account is fully functional and available for your normal routine usage though - from in Hiri or via web mail or any other email app you use.

Your @SaneLater destination folder will be automatically generated in your email account on your host’s server. Other Sane folders you selected or created will then also come up for you during the completion of our activation process.

Here at SaneBox we love Hiri

Some of our users have reported turning off the fyi vs. task type grouping or sorting box views in Hiri. The Hiri “Skill Center” is what they call the control center for those optional features. While they are very cool when a certain one fits a need, all can be turned off or on to match each user.

We’ve heard a lot of people talk about how helpful the Dashboard option is in Hiri, with self-training for productivity improving habit upgrades around not checking the Inbox so often.

Then you have SaneBox to keep all the later type low priority email out of your Inbox view so you won’t be teased into wasting your valuable and fleeting focus-time when you do need to check your Inbox.

SaneBox is a cloud service that interacts directly with your host and not with your own devices or apps. That’s why SaneBox works from in virtually any email app or client.

During SaneBox signup or feature activation analysis, emails will begin to move locations from inside your own email account. Please don’t let that disturb you.
