Adding Another Email Address to SaneBox (Same Provider)
SaneBox uses a secure login process (OAuth) with many email providers like Gmail, G Suite, Yahoo, AOL, and Microsoft 365. This allows you to easily add another email address from the same provider to your existing SaneBox account.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Log in to SaneBox with the email address already connected to your account.
- In your SaneBox dashboard, click the “Add Email” link.
- Important: Before continuing, open a new browser tab and log out of your existing email account (e.g., Gmail).
- Go back to the SaneBox tab and complete the “Add Email” steps.
- You will be prompted to log in with your additional email address.
The process is similar for all supported providers (Gmail, G Suite, Yahoo, AOL, Microsoft 365) because they use OAuth. SaneBox never sees your password during this process.
