All your emails stay on your server.
At no time does your emails leave your host’s email server. In other words, SaneBox never downloads your email nor does it upload your emails to your SaneBox Dashboard (account). All emails processed by SaneBox will always remain in your own personal (or work) email account.
Follow these steps:
Click on your account to expand the folders list.
You should see your new Sane folders appear in the folders list.
If the above doesn’t work for you, try these steps:
Go to Tools menu, click IMAP Folders.
In the Folders list, click the Sane folder you want to subscribe to and click on the green (+) Subscribe button.
Now you should see new folders appear in the folder list.
