Outlook: Why can't I see my Sane folders?

If you cannot see your new Sane folders in Outlook after sign up, you may need to subscribe to the folder.  

 

You can do this in Outlook by following these steps:

  • Click on  Tools , then  IMAP Folders.  
  • Click the  Query  button.  
  • Select the folder you wish to subscribe to and click the  Subscribe  button, click  OK.  

Your newly subscribed folders should now appear in the folder list for your email account.
