Facing trouble viewing your SaneBox folders on your iPhone? Don’t worry, the solution is straightforward. Here’s how to ensure your iPhone is subscribed to your SaneBox folders:

Head to Settings: Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

Accounts and Passwords: Tap on Passwords & Accounts.

Fetching Fresh Data: Select Fetch New Data.

Enable Push (Optional): If you want new emails to automatically appear on your iPhone, turn on Push.

Choose Your Email Account: Tap on the specific email account you’re using with SaneBox (e.g., Exchange).

Push or Fetch: Select Push for automatic updates, or Fetch if Push is unavailable or not supported by your email provider.

Fetching Frequency: Scroll down and choose how often you want your iPhone to check for new emails.
