Heads Up for TripIt Users:
SaneBox helps keep your inbox organized by automatically moving emails to designated folders. However, TripIt relies on finding travel receipts in your inbox for automatic import.
Here are two options to ensure both SaneBox and TripIt work seamlessly:
- Leave Travel Receipts in Your Inbox: If you’d prefer full TripIt functionality, you can exclude travel receipts from SaneBox’s sorting rules.
- This way, they’ll remain in your inbox for TripIt to access.
- Train SaneBox to Identify Receipts: You can train SaneBox to recognize travel receipts and send them to a specific folder (e.g., “Travel”).
- Then, configure TripIt to check that folder for import. This method keeps your inbox cleaner while still allowing TripIt to access your travel information.
