Why is there a folder in my email with a name like “@sanex4yzdb8a?"

Our software creates this folder momentarily as a mechanism to see what appropriate file naming formats are for your server. Normally we delete the test folder immediately after the test succeeds.

The folder should be empty.

  • If it is, you can delete that folder.
  • If that folder isn’t empty, please create a Support request so we can look into this further.
