For now, create a Support request and include the special TO email address of yours that you’d like to train to stick to your Inbox. We will have an engineer create a special setting manually for you.
All emails sent TO that address will then appear in your Inbox regardless of the FROM address.
-The one exception is if the email is from someone you have trained to @SaneBlackHole. In that case, the email is sent to your Trash folder instead.
Note: If you begin seeing odd retraining to your Inbox, this is likely caused by being signed up for the same email twice.
This can easily happen if you have some other account forwarding to your SaneBox filtered account and both the main account and the forwarded account are on the same list.
