Streamlining Your Inbox: Archiving and Deleting Sane Emails


Once you’ve finished reviewing emails in your Sane folders, it’s time to tidy up your Inbox. Archiving or deleting these emails will help you maintain a zero-inbox goal.


Archiving Sane Emails:

  • Gmail: Click the “Remove label” button (or press “y” for Gmail shortcuts).
  • SaneLater, SaneNews, SaneBulk, and SaneNotSpam: Use the same method as for SaneTop.


Archiving SaneTop Emails:

  • SaneTop and Inbox labels: Remove either the SaneTop or Inbox label.
  • Automatic removal: We’ll automatically remove the other label for you. Please note that this may take a few seconds due to IMAP notification delays.


By consistently archiving or deleting emails from your Sane folders, you’ll significantly reduce clutter in your Inbox and improve your email management efficiency.
