Heads Up: @SaneTop is No Longer Available
@SaneTop, a feature for prioritizing emails from important contacts, is no longer supported. While we can’t help you turn it on anymore, legacy users with it enabled can keep using it (but be aware that SaneAttachments won’t work properly).
For Legacy Users:
If you need help with @SaneTop, contact our support team. Disabling @SaneTop is recommended, but it’s your choice.
What was @SaneTop?
Imagine a VIP list for your inbox. @SaneTop automatically sorted emails from your closest contacts into a separate folder for quick scanning.
How it Worked:
- Emails in @SaneTop also appeared in your main inbox.
- Removing the @SaneTop label removed the email from your inbox altogether.
- Archiving a @SaneTop email removed both labels.
Important Notes:
- @SaneTop cannot be reactivated once disabled.
- Enabling or disabling any Sane folder takes 5-30 minutes to reflect in your inbox.
- You might need to restart your email app to see the changes.
