Get Our Support Faster with Full Email Headers
Including the full email header (also called “long” or “raw” headers) can significantly speed up resolving your support issue. Here’s how to find and copy them:

Apple Mail: View > Message > Raw Source

New Outlook: Right Click > View > View Message Source

Outlook Web Access (OWA): Open the email in OWA. On the right side of the reading pane > View message details

Outlook (Mac):

AirMail (Mac): View Menu > Show Raw Source

Gmail (web): Click three dots > Show Original

FastMail (web): Actions > Show Raw Message

Yahoo Mail: Click on an email to open it. > More icon > select View Raw Message.

AOL: Click on an email to open it. > More icon > select View Raw Message.

Time Warner/Roadrunner/Spectrum: Right-click on the message subject > Select View Source.
