By default, emails from Unknown Contacts stay in your Inbox, which most of our customers prefer. We’ve noticed that this mode works best if you’re in Sales or Marketing or you get important emails from Unknown Contacts that need to be dealt with immediately , you’ll have emails from Unknown Contacts arrive and stay in the Inbox instead.
