What happens if you lose your 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) code or emergency code?

Simply just email support@sanebox.com with the following:

  1. Name
  2. SaneBox email account
  3. Scanned image of your Government Identification

Once we have verified your identify, our support team will notify you when we remove the 2FA from your account, and you can login to your account!
