Easily Manage Your SaneBox Subscription: Upgrades, Downgrades, and More!
Staying in control of your email organization is key, and that includes your SaneBox subscription! Here’s how to easily manage your plan:
Upgrading, Downgrading, or Making Changes:
Access Billing:
From your SaneBox dashboard, head to the “Billing” section in the side navigation menu. Alternatively, you can click on your current subscription to directly access your billing page.
Change Subscription:
- Click the “Change” button to explore your options.
- Choose Your Plan: Here, you can select a new subscription level (Snack, Lunch, or Dinner) and your preferred term length (Monthly, Yearly, or Bi-Yearly). Choose the combination that best suits your needs.
- Payment Method: Select your desired payment method. If you previously paid via credit card, it will be pre-filled. You can also choose another method.
- Review and Confirm: Before confirming, a clear overview will display the initial charge today and future billing amounts.
- Confirmation: Once happy, click “Buy Now” to confirm the change. You’ll receive a confirmation email after processing.
Things to Keep in Mind:

Prorated Billing: When changing plans, any remaining balance from your existing subscription will be applied to your new one, ensuring you get the full value.
- Subscription Credits: If you have a credit remaining after changing plans, you can request to convert it to additional subscription time or receive a refund to your original payment source. Simply contact support at support@sanebox.com.
