Newton client: Finding SaneLater (or other new Sane folders)

Once you’ve visited your SaneBox dashboard and seen that SaneBox account setup has completed, please allow an extra minute or two  for the Newton app ( la CloudMagic team) to communicate with your mail host’s server and show your new Sane folders like SaneLater.

Sometimes Newton even politely reminds when it needs time:

Note:

  • Steps for Android and iOS are essentially the same, with minor differences like the Settings gear being at the bottom vs. top.)

  • If you don’t see your new SaneLater folder from in Newton right away, it may just take a minute more for the app to re-sync with your mail server.

  • Please also use your host’s webmail access from a web browser so you can see and compare with that view of the state of the folders in your email account.

SaneLater still not being shown by Newton?

  •   Try exiting the app and shut down your mobile device for a fresh start up and connection to your network.

Steps for iPhone / iPad

  1. Double-click home button on iOS device.
  2. Swipe-up on Newton/CloudMagic app to quit, from your rotating list of running apps.
  3. Hold your power button to shut down your device for a fresh start.
  4. Wait, then power up and launch the Newton app.

Steps for Android  

  1. Bring up your list of running apps.
  2. Swipe-up to quit the Newton app, from in your list of running apps.
  3. Hold your power button to shut down your device for a fresh start.
  4. Wait, then power up and launch the Newton app.
